The DryPette is a hand held powder dispenser that accurately dispenses solids. Powder is drawn into the pipette tip and held in under vacuum, then expelled under light positive pressure.

Precise and Reproducible
Precision is maintained by removing excess material from the pipette tip after sampling. Reproducibilities of ±2 mg can be achieved in the 50 mg range, ±1 mg in the 150 mg range and ±2.5 mg in the gram range.

Simple
The pipette is simply operated via a three-position switch (fill - off - dispense) on the hand piece.

Lightweight
The ergonomically designed hand piece allows easy and fatigue-free filling of vessels. The hand piece is connected to a compact control unit connected via a flexible vacuum pipe.

Minimal Cross Contamination
A rapidly exchangeable, low cost cellulose filter is incorporated in the delivery line of the pipette, to avoid any risk of cross contamination.

Manually variable volume tip from 20µl to 565µl for the distribution of 10 to 250mg of dry material.

PN 3600956 DryPette®-Plus
Manually variable volume tip from 100µl to 1900µl for the distribution of 80mg to 700mg of dry material.

PN 3600955 DryPette® Pick Fix
With on exchangeable calibrated volume tip (volumes 45µl, 95µl, 150µl, 200µl or 255µl) or custom made special volume tips. The tips are made from stainless steel, they can conveniently be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath. They are picked up as easily as normal pipette tips.

With a separate electronic controller unit for the programming of dispensing parameters (volume, speed and dispensing method). Samples can be dispensed by either positive air pressure, positive displacement or a combination of both – ideal for difficult to handle solids.
