Automated ELISA System

The Lissy automated liquid handling robot can be configured for ELISA. While there are a number of automated system for ELISA available, often these systems are configured only for a specific commercially-available assay and are difficult to set up for scheduling homemade assays. If you have a requirement for specialized ELISA work, Zinsser can work with you to develop an automated solution that is configured to meet your requirements.

In addition to high-performance 8-channel liquid handing that is used to handle the unstable reagents, the ELISA platform includes the necessary components to automate an ELISA: " Dark" plate hotels for incubation and an integrated plate washer and plate reader. A special dark plate hotel for light-sensitive reagents is also included.

More importantly, the system is controlled by scheduling software that provides accurate incubation times for all samples (+/- 1 minute). Combined with standard Zinsser options such as bar code reading of all tubes and plates and integrated plate shakers, it is an ideal system for ELISA automation.

This system is used both for the ELISA setup, including the tube-to-plate transfers of the samples, and for the assay itself.
