Zinsser Analytic has offered Polyvials® for over 30 years. These vials are of consistently high quality and provide exteremely good seals with the self-sealing screw caps. These vials are used in great numbers as storage or packing containers for diagnostic kits and as sample vials in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Polyvials are sold separately from caps. See cap selection below.

Polyvials V - Natural HDPE (high density polyethylene)
Storage and packing vials made from pure, high molecular weight high density polyethylene. They have a low profile for packing and stability.

Polyvials V - Black HDPE (high density polyethylene)
These have the same properties as the Natural Polyvials except these are made from black polyethylene which makes them useful for light sensitive samples.

Polyvials V - PETG (polyethylene gycol terephthalate))
A clear non-breakable substitute for glass. They are resistant to acids, alkalines and most solvents. (Not sterilizable).

Micro-Polyvials 1.5 - Natural PP (polypropylene)
Micro-Polyvials have been developed for storage and packaging low volumes of reagents. . The well-proven design of the closure ensures tight sealing without the use of septa or liners. With their slight conical shaped bottoms, the Micro-Polyvials are ideal for high recovery. The Micro-Polyvials are easy to open and close due to their large shoulders and the ergonomic structure of their caps.

Micro-Polyvials are available with white and coloured caps for easy identification. The caps are made from HDPE.
