Zinsser automated liquid handling platforms are unique on the market because of the selection of high-performance tools that can be installed on the deck. The ability to select from this list of tools allows the user to configure a system that will fully automate the required application, whether it requires liquid handling, powder handling, weighing, heating, cooling, vortexing, pressurization, vacuum, or almost anything that can be imagined.

Calli automated platform with integrated Sartorius Genius balance. The integration includes automatic open and close of the balance door. The Calli gripper places and removes labware to the balance.

Deck-mounted high-speed vortexer. Includes automatic clamps to secure labware, and can be integrated with heating (150 deg C or 250 deg C) or cooling via recirculating water bath.

The Zinsser vortexers have been specially designed with a movement pattern that ensures thorough mixing of liquid rather than just moving it around.

Deck-mounted vacuum station. The lid can be removed by the gripper and parked, allowing access for SPE blocks or cartridge racks. The vacuum is software controlled.

Redi-Fix tip for aspiration and dispensing powder. This tip has a fixed volume; it will pick up the amount amount each time (45 microliter version shown).

Fixed tips are available in different volumes. THe user can easily interchange them.

Redi Pick-Fix tips are also fixed volumes, but can be automatically interchanged by the system.

Varedi fixed tip allows user to "dial in" a powder pipetting volume.

Varix tip includes software module for programmable volumes.

5 steps of powder pipetting. 1. Shake the reservoir for even distribution. 2. Aspirate powder using vacuum. 3. Strip excess particles from outside of tool. 4. Distribute powder to labware. 5. Clean the tip.

The platform can be configured for gas delivery for a variety of purposes. Adjustable pressure with readout gauges on left side of instrument.

The deck-mounted vortexer is configured with gas ports that can directly connect to a reaction manifold for sparging.

Multichannel probes allow gas to be delivered into vials for pressurization, for inert environment, or even at the same time as liquid for dynamic washing.

Sample Concentrator. Manifold with RS232 controlled vacuum station with water cooled chemical trap, 24-channel head, parkstation for evaporation head, pneumatic valves, software to control vacuum. The gripper moves the lid to the labware on the vortexer.

Virtually any combination of racks for vials and tubes can be configured on the deck.

Different size reservoirs for powders are available.

The deck can be configured with shallow well microplates, deep well microplates, and tubes, in any required combination.

Labware can be heated or cooled on the deck.

Desyre reactor assemblies for synthesis reactions are available in different sizes; fitting within the microplate footprint.

The Desyre reactors can have the lid automatically removed and returned using the robot gripper.

Special reactor for Crissy salt prescreening system. The reactor consists of an aluminum carrier with 96 PTFE-inserts (reusable and cleanable in an ultra sonic bath) and adjustable bases with a glass disc on top.

The robotic gripper can pick up and deliver plates, tubes, and special tools for delivery to various devices mounted on the deck.

The gripper can pick up and carry an entire reaction block with lid for movement to a heater/cooler/vortexer.

The gripper can also pick up a variety of special tools, such as this powder dispensing tool.
