R-Syringes from ILS for high performance, low carryover and long lifetime

R-Syringes

The R-Syringes offer the critical design features that are necessary for long lifetimes on high-throughput CTC HPLC autosamplers:

  • Gold-colored plunger indicates coated needle which reduces carryover
  • Plunger design prevents load damage to plunger
  • Plunger guide to improve alignment which adds to increased lifetime
  • Color-coded flange indicates needle ID (Blue = 22 gauge ID 0.40mm, Red = 22s gauge ID = 0.20mm)
  • Polished glass syringe barrel made from Duran®Glas 3.3 borosilicate glass
  • Fixed needle attached with weld so no glue contacts the sample
  • PTFE (Teflon) black seal or special ILS PE-HD deal for better lifetime with buffers
  • All syringes are Series H with SS plunger and seal tip

Standard syringes from ILS for high performance, low carryover and long lifetime

For a lower-cost solution (low-throughput operations) select from the following syringes. All are manufactured with stainless steel plungers and are the H series which feature the PTFE plunger tip for longer life.

These syringes are designed for the nearly carryover-free DLW system. PTFE black seal plunger tip and the plunger guide ensures a long lifetime.
